You can absolutely get in a good home workout! We do way more than just bodyweight and resistance band workouts! We have adjustable dumbbells that go up to 52.5 lbs each, which can also turn into a barbell. Other equipment including but not limited to: adjustable kettlebell up to 40 lbs, varying types of resistance bands, TRX, pull-up bar, steps, bench, ankle weights, BOSU, stability ball, medicine balls and different balance modalities.
We come to you. Most clients prefer to work out in their garage. All you have to do is move one car out and we will have plenty of space. We can also train in your house/apartment, in your backyard or at the local park if you’d prefer. We do not have a physical location that you can come to.
Each session is one hour long.
Driving back and forth to the gym, parking your car and going to the locker room can take up to an hour in addition to the actual workout. Since we come to you, we save you the time and hassle from going to your local gym.
No, we do not provide meal plans. Instead we learn what your eating habits are and then work closely together to optimize it for your goals. We want to make this a lifestyle for you and therefore do not want to be overly strict. This should not feel like a diet.
